Our delicious home reared traditional sausage meat wrapped in a flaky pastry ready for you to cook at home. These are the same sausage rolls we serve in our café.

Cooking Instructions

Cook from frozen

Pre-heat oven to 180c. Evenly space sausage rolls on a baking sheet. Egg wash and bake in the oven for 40mins until golden.



Our Pork comes from our own Gloucester Old Spot pigs born and reared right here on the farm. Except for when giving birth, where they enjoy the comfort of our cosy barns, our pigs are reared outdoors in our willows and fields where they are free to root and forage. They are slower growing than most commercial breeds and we think this, coupled with their stress-free environment, really helps to produce more succulent, flavoursome meat and delicious crackling.

Roves Farm Pork Sausage: Pork 80%, Water 15%, Gluten Free Bread Crumbs, Potato Starch, Dextrose, Salt, Yeast Extract, Spice (white pepper, coriander, nutmeg) Emulsifier E451, Preservative E221, Herb (sage), Onion, Spice extract, Antioxidant E300. Filled into natural pork casings. Pastry: WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, thiamine), margarine (palm & rapeseed oils, water, salt, emulsifier (E471)). water, salt.
