Parking

There is ample free car and coach parking.

Hand-washing & Toilets

Toilets, including disabled and baby changing facilities, are located in the main Activity Barn. An additional toilet block is opened in the summer.

Extra hand-washing facilities can be found in both Pets’ Corner and the Animal Barn. Please wash your hands thoroughly after visiting animal areas, touching the animals, and before eating. Pregnant women and finger sucking children are advised not to touch the animals.

Baby Changing

Baby changing facilities are located in the toilets in the main Activity barn.

Refreshments

Woolly Sheep Cafe

Our Cafe serves a selection of hot and cold drinks, freshly prepared light lunches, homemade cakes and snacks. Open 9am – 5pm, last hot food orders 4pm.

A microwave is available for heating your own baby food.

Picnic Areas

You are welcome to bring a picnic. There are ample picnic facilities inside and out around the site. During peak times in school holidays, picnics may not be allowed in the play barn.

The Woolly Sheep Cafe & the Farm Shop are open daily 9am-5pm

Accessibility

Wheelchair Access

Concrete & hard gravel path access on single level to all animal barns, animal handling and feeding areas, play areas, craft tables, tearoom & picnic areas.

Disabled toilet facilities

Easy access drop off point by Reception (please call in advance for directions 01793 763939)

Wheelchair spaces on most tractor Rides (maximum of 2 spaces per ride, please book in advance if at all possible)

Please note: the grass path to the animal paddocks and along the Family Walk & Activity Trail may not be suitable for all wheelchair users.
