Cooking Instructions

Oven Cook: Pre-heat oven to 220c. Place on a baking tray and bake in the upper part of the oven for 18-20 mins.

Grill: Grill for 8-10 mins at a medium to high setting until golden brown, turning occasionally.

Deep fry: Pre-heat oil to 180C and fry for 4-6mins. Drain well before serving.


Store at -18°C do not re-freeze once thawed
