Cooking Instructions:
Burgers:
Oven Cook from frozen
Pre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 8 (230°C, Fan 210°)
Place the burgers on a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes
Turn the burgers half way through to ensure they cook evenly
Grill from frozen:
Pre-heat the grill
On a medium heat, grill the burgers for 12 minutes
Turn the burgers over occasionally to ensure they cook evenly
Chips:
Deep fat fry for approx 3-3½ min or bake in the oven at 220°C /428°F/Gas Mark 6 for 17-20 mins.Store at -18°C do not re-freeze once thawed
Brioche Buns:
WHEAT Flour, Sunflower Oil, EGG yolk, EGG, sugar, humectants ( glycerol and sorbitols), yeats, salt, dried skimmed MILK, emulsifiers ( mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium, stearoyl-2-lactylate) flavouring.
