Christmas Experience

Enter a winter woodland, where you will be met by one of the elves. You will then be taken through the magical Grotto to meet the man himself in the cosy cabin.  This is a 1 to 1 visit for each family/group.

Exchange your golden coin for one of the carefully selected gifts on the Toy Shop shelves.  Quality gifts with something for all ages and interests.

Mix up a delicious treat for Rudolph & his friends at the Reindeer Food Station. Be sure to sprinkle it outside on Christmas Eve. (It’s fully bio-degradable!)

Enjoy the music, fun & games at our interactive Elf Show at 12.30pm each day. With a festive party atmosphere, it promises to be loads of fun. Plus special guests The Snowman and Twinkle the Reindeer too!

Get creative with some fun festive paper crafts.  Make paper chains, hanging decorations and more to take home with you.  Check the timetable for session times.

Our friendly animals will be in the festive spirit too.  Make sure to visit them to say hello! Sessions held throughout the day.

Wrap up warm and follow the special festive themed Activity Trail.

Father Christmas’ sleigh will be parked up while he’s busy in the Grotto. It’s the perfect spot to take those all important festive family photo’s.
