Hot Counter Service
We recognize the importance of eating great quality food without it taking a lot of time out of your day, and our Hot Counter allows you to do just this!
Here you will discover delicious, homemade meals all made fresh every day in our kitchen. Along with a changing specials board, choose from Roves sausages or chicken nuggets & chips, homemade pies, roasted veggies, toasties, sausage rolls and much more.
Our double cooked, thick cut chips are a visitor favourite!
Lunch is served between 11.30am – 2.30pm. We are open every day of the week!
Our After School menu is available 3pm – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday in term time. This is a smaller menu that includes selected hot & cold food options.
Cooked Breakfast
Served daily 9am – 10.45am

Our Roves Farm cooked breakfast is served with our own Roves Farm Traditional Pork Sausage & Back Bacon, local free-range egg, hash brown, beans and toast.
Breakfast baps are a firm favourite too!
Seasonal specials
A variety of our handmade quiches, sausage rolls, scotch eggs and cold meats make the perfect choice for a delicious lunch. Team with a fresh salad, made daily.
Our scotch eggs and sausage rolls are made in our kitchen using Roves-raised meats.
Grab an iced coffee or a tasty iced tea… the watermelon iced tea is a firm favourite with the Roves team.
Cake Counter
All of our delicious cakes are baked here by our talented café team. We like to try new recipes all the time so be sure to check out our specials and seasonal bakes.
But don’t worry, we will always have your favourite classics such as Victoria Sponge and Chocolate on the counter! You will also find a selection of gluten, dairy & soya free cakes.
Our busy bakers also keep our Farm Shop well stocked with a range of cakes so you can enjoy them at home too.
The Shepherd's Rest
This lovely seating barn is a place where visitors can relax with a drink and bite to eat in an area exclusively reserved for over 16’s. Whether you are here to shop, or are passing through on a walk or bike ride, you are always welcome.
Canine companions are catered for too, with comfy beds, water bowls and even the odd treat on hand!
Enjoy a Barista hot drink from the Farm Shop counter, made using RAVE speciality coffee beans. Here you will also find hot desserts, Winstones Cotswold ice cream and Paletas ice lollies. Delicious!
It’s also the perfect spot to enjoy a Roves Afternoon Tea, available to pre-book at the Farm Shop counter.
Afternoon Tea
Enjoy a Roves Afternoon Tea in The Shepherd’s Rest. Delicious handmade savoury and sweet treats for two people. Featuring a variety of finger sandwiches, quiche bites, homemade scones, clotted cream and jam and mini cakes all served alongside a pot of Yorkshire tea or barista made coffee.
Served Monday – Friday between 2pm-4pm, must be pre-booked at the Farm Shop counter.

Paletas Mexican Ice Lollies
Untraditional flavours, handmade in the traditional way with whole fresh fruits and a little bit of sugar! Artisan, small batch ice lollies that really pack a punch!
Enjoy a variety of vegan flavours, as well as rich flavours made with fresh cream and whole milk from Bruton Dairy in Somerset.
Winstones Ice Cream
Founded in 1925, Winstones make handcrafted, premium ice creams and sorbets in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Today, four generations later, they still use the same Victorian recipe from the very first day they started. We are proud to support this long standing family business in serving both their scoop ice creams and ‘Mr Winnys’ Cotswold Soft Whip.

Sunday Roast
Join us every Sunday from the beginning of October until the end of March to enjoy a delicious, homemade roast lunch.
Each week will feature a Roves reared joint of either beef, lamb or pork. Always served with double cooked roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, a huge Yorkshire pudding and lashings of gravy!
So come along for a stress free Sunday lunch, and the best bit? No washing up!
Our Sunday Roast is served from 11.30am – 1.30pm (or earlier if we sell out!)
