Birthday Parties

Your birthday party package will include:

• Day admission to the farm for you and your guests.
• Designated farm-themed party room with tables set for all invited children.
• Party food box for each invited child.
• Unlimited jugs of squash and water for the children.
• FREE admission for 1 adult for each invited child/toddler.
• Join in with all the daily activities* – animal feed included.
• Indoor soft play and outdoor adventure play area’s.
• Access to all animal barns, paddocks and activity trail.

*excluding tractor rides.

Choose from a mixture of party food boxes:

• Ham Sandwich Party Box
• Cheese Sandwich Party Box
• Jam Sandwich Party Box

Each Party Box includes a sandwich (as selected), crisps, veggie sticks, yogurt and biscuits. Unlimited jugs of squash and water are also included.

We can also provide food for your adult guests at an additional cost. Please see ‘Optional Extra’s’ for details. Alternatively our Woolly Sheep Café is open serving a selection of hot & cold food, snacks and drinks for your guests to purchase. (Hot food served until 3pm).

You will be required to submit your food choices at least 10 days before the party date. We will send you a form to complete and return to us.

You can choose the time you would like your food served within your party slot.

• The time booked is your party time slot. As hosts you are welcome to arrive 20 minutes before your party start time.
• You will be required to leave the party room at the end of your time slot, however you and your guests are welcome to stay for the rest of the day.
• We require payment of a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, this will be deducted from your final balance. Your final balance will need to be paid at Reception on the day of your party.
• Final guest numbers (children & adults), food choices and guest list are required 10 days prior to your party date. You will be emailed a form to complete and return.
• Minimum of 10 children required, with a maximum of 25 children per booking.
• Please note the total number of guests (adults & children) cannot exceed 50 people. Larger groups may be catered for, but please email us to discuss this before booking to see if we can accommodate you.
• Party Food Boxes are offered as standard for invited children only. Additional food can be pre-booked for an additional charge. See ‘Optional Extra’s’ for details. Alternatively our Woolly Sheep Café is open serving a selection of hot & cold food, snacks and drinks. (Hot food served until 3pm).
• Feel free to bring drinks, however only food purchased on site is permitted.

We run lots of daily activities including meet & feed the animals. Activities vary day to day and depending on the season, so please check the activities board on arrival to see what’s happening.

You are welcome to bring along additional decorations. But please note these will need to be removed promptly at the end of your party slot.

Yes, of course!

No. With the exception of a birthday cake, we do not permit any food to be brought to the party. This includes any food delivery services. In the event that food is brought in/delivered and consumed on the premises, you risk your party being terminated.

As hosts you are able to access your party room 20 minutes before your booked party start time.

You will receive a form to complete which will ask for all the information we need to ensure your party runs as smoothly as possible, from checking you in to serving your food.

This form needs to be completed and sent back 10 days prior to your party, failure to do so may result in the party being cancelled or food choices being limited.

We understand that you may get some late RSVP’s so please just let us know if this happens. We will always try and be as flexible as we can.

A member of our team will assist with serving food and will be on hand to answer any questions during your party, however they will not host your party.

Our parties are self led which means you can move around the farm and join in with activities at your own pace.

Children must be supervised at all times in all areas of the farm, including our indoor and outdoor play areas.

No. We do not allow external entertainers, mascots or singers to perform during your party at the farm.

Tractor rides are not included in the party package.  If you would like to offer a tractor ride to your guests, you will need to book this when you arrive.  This will be subject to availability.  Depending on numbers, you may be split across multiple ride slots. We cannot offer exclusive tractor rides for your guests only.

Tractor rides are £2pp, under 3’s ride for FREE.

Bookings are non-refundable.
