Our trained staff can make your topics come alive. All teaching is based on the National Curriculum from KS 1 – 4 covering every subject. School visits are planned in partnership with school teachers to ensure the pupil’s visit is worthwhile and fun.

Facilities

Roves Farm boasts teaching areas, displays, toilets (including disabled), ample car parking, tea room and shop, indoor eating area, play barn, tractor and trailer rides, meadows, crops, woodlands, river and ponds and of course, lots of farm animals!

How to Book

Once we have confirmed availability please submit your booking via the ‘Make a Booking’ button below.
All bookings are secured with a booking form and a non-refundable deposit of £50 per class.
Please provide as much information as you can about the educational aims and context of your visit, any particular aspects of the farm which the group will want to see or talk about, and the attitudes on either religious or moral grounds of anything that might cause embarrassment to any member of the group

School Trip Rates

The cost per class is £240 (including VAT at 20%) – this is for a maximum of 35 children per class group

 

You may bring 1 free adult per 5 children, all extra adults will be charged at the group rate of £8.50 (including VAT at 20%).

Please note the charge per class includes 4 hours teaching with a Roves Farm guide for a maximum class group size of 35 children. If you are bringing more children than 35, then this will be charged as an additional class group. Each group will have a Roves Farm guide and each group will receive 4 hours of teaching time.
