Bonnie and Philip Yau, set up Yau’s  in 2012 to complement their existing Oriental food retail business in Peterborough as more and more customers were asking about gluten free foods, free from and locally sourced products. Bonnie and Phillip work hard to create recipes that are full of flavour but also free from the main allergens, have nothing artificial and are easy to use.
