Woodchester Valley is a family owned boutique vineyard and winery in the South Cotswolds with 3 vineyard sites in the Stroud valleys. They use a selection of grape varieties to make a variety of still and sparkling wines, both white and rosé.

This wine has a vibrant character with delicate aromas of ripe raspberries which transfers elegantly on the palate. The wine has benefited from a minimum of 16 months lees aging in bottle which adds great balance and complexity, emphasised by the delicate effervescence.
