Wessex Mill is a small family flour mill based in Wantage, Oxfordshire. The Munsey family have been milling Oxfordshire for over a 100 years. They collect wheat from local farms and grind it slowly on their 1935 built rollermills. The name of the farms can be found on the back of each pack.
