Our Turkey butterflies are a great value centrepiece for a family meal. As there are no bones you get more meat for your money and none of the hassle of disposing of the carcass.
We recommend allowing 250g portion per person. A 2kg butterfly will feed a group of 6 with some leftovers.
Recommended Cooking times:
190C/170C fan/gas 5 and the cooking time calculated as follows:
Under 4kg: 20 mins per kg plus 70 mins
Over 4kg: 20 mins per kg plus 90 mins
