Roasted Onion Loaf ( bake at home)


Wheat and rye floured loaf infused with oven roasted onion. So good with cheese, it could bring tears to your eyes.

1 500g frozen loaf to bake at home.

Baking Instruction: Remove from packaging and defrost for 30 min. Sprinkle the loaf with water and bake mid-oven at 190°C – 210°C for 8 – 10 min. Allow to cool before slicing.
