Rack of Lamb


On the bone for maximum flavour, our Rack of Lamb consists of a line-up of succulent lamb chops. This is ideal as a smaller roasting joint for two to three people.

Our home produced prime lambs are born and reared on our family farm to high welfare and environmental standards. Our ewes graze outside all year round only coming into our barns to have their lambs. We allow them to grow slowly until they reach their market weight which can take anywhere between 3 – 12months. Our lamb is always well hung for a minimum of 7 days to develop flavour and produce tender, succulent cuts. All our meat is butchered on-site by our skilled in-house butchery team.
