Poulton Hill Estate is a small family run vineyard that produces award-winning wines and English spirits. Situated in the idyllic Cotswold countryside they grow grape varieties that complement their climate, soil and geography. These range from the white Bacchus, Seyval Blanc and Phoenix to the red Pinot Noir, Regent and Rondo. These are blended to create some truly delicious wines that give their counterparts from the rest of the world a run for their money.

Description
Poulton Hill Estate Phoenix is deceptively light in colour. The nose has fabulous elderberry and herbaceous hints reminiscent of a traditional French Sauvignon. This medium-bodied wine is packed full of flavour with notes of lychee, elderberry and gooseberry, followed by a refreshingly clean finish.
Our Phoenix is a perfect accompaniment to fish, white meat and cheese.
