Our Largest Beef Box contains a huge variety of hand cut Beef products suitable for so many different meals, with around 60 adult portions you aren’t going to be running out any time soon.
With all items able to be frozen you can use what you want today and freeze the rest for another day.

For WELL DONE add an extra 10 mins for every 500g
- Preheat the oven to 220ºC, gas mark 7.
- Before cooking, dry the outside of the Beef and season heavily with salt and pepper
- Heat a skillet or frying pan over a medium heat and sear the beef (very lightly brown the outside of the meat)
- Place the meat into roasting tin and cook for 20 minutes then reduce the heat to 190ºC and cook for the remaining time.
- Remove from the oven and put in a warm place and allow to rest for 15 mins before carving
