This budget meal option is a great covered in our garlic butter sauce!  bake from frozen in the oven or thaw and use on the barbecue.

approx. pack size of 6-8 wings

For best results cook from frozen, or thoroughly defrost  for a minimum of 8-12 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions
Oven from fresh

Instructions: Temperature: 200c gas mark 6
Time: 25-30 mins
Place chicken wings on a baking tray in the centre of pre-heated oven.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Temperature: 200c gas mark 6
Time: 45-50 mins
For best results cook from frozen. Place chicken wings on a baking tray in the centre of pre-heated oven.
