This butterfly is prepared, packed & frozen ready for your freezer. To defrost, place in the fridge for 48 hours and check it is fully defrosted before cooking.
Recommended cooking times, once fully defrosted for 48 hours:
190C/170C fan/gas 5 and the cooking time calculated as follows:
Under 4kg: 20 mins per kg plus 70 mins
Over 4kg: 20 mins per kg plus 90 mins
We recommend allowing 250g portion per person. A 2kg butterfly will feed a group of 6 with some leftovers.
