Cooking Instructions

Oven bake at 220°C for 20-22 minutes . Turning occasionally.
Deep fry in pre-heated oil at 180°C for 4-5 minutes. Drain well before serving.

Grill under a med-high heat for 8-10 minutes. Turning occasionally

Shallow fry over a moderate heat for 8-9 minutes. Turning occasionally


Store at -18°C do not re-freeze once thawed
