There are no bones (as we’ve done all the hard work removing them), meaning you get more meat for your money and an easier bird to carve. You can see why this is a best seller!
Previously frozen, so not suitable for re-freezing. Store in the fridge.
We recommend allowing 250g portion per person. For example a 2kg butterfly will feed a group of 6 with some leftovers.

Bacon – Roves Pork, Sugar, Salt, Preservatives (E250, E252), Acidity Regulator (E500), Antioxidant (E301), Smoke Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (E500(ii)), Anticaking Agent E341(iii), Sunflower Oil.
Recommended cooking times from the fridge:
190C/170C fan/gas 5 and the cooking time calculated as follows:
Under 4kg: 20 mins per kg plus 70 mins.
Over 4kg: 20 mins per kg plus 90 mins.
PLEASE NOTE: our butterflies have been previously frozen, so are not suitable for re-freezing. Store in the fridge when collected.
