Description

This Salmon Wellington is made using the finest Salmon fillets, wilted spinach and cream cheese all wrapped up in buttery puff pastry. Delicious and a great alternative to meat.

Serves 2 as a main or slice to share.

Ingredients

Pastry: Wheat Flour, Margarine (Vegetable Oils and Fats (Palm, Rapeseed), Water, Emulsifier (Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Salt, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Colour (Beta Carotene)), Water, Alcohol, Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Deactivated Yeast, Natural Flavouring. Salmon (FISH), Cream Cheese (MILK) spinach, Butter (MILK), Cracked black pepper salt, Garlic, White onions, Breadcrumbs (WHEAT), Dill, Egg (EGG).

Cooking instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees centigrade. Take the wellington out of the foil tray, removed the pads underneath, place onto an oven tray and rest for 20 mins.

Remove the lid and place in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes.

Rest the wellington for 10 minutes once removed from the oven, slice, serve & enjoy.
