Duck offers a rich and flavoursome taste, and a tender succulence. The fat content of duck meat is higher than that of chicken or turkey which adds intensity to the flavour.

All Ducks are priced at £12.50 per kg.

The price charged here is a DEPOSIT ONLY – the final price will be confirmed and paid for on collection. Once our order deadline has passed this deposit is non-refundable.

 

PLEASE NOTE – weight selection is an approximation only. Your actual duck may be slightly above or below this weight depending on availability – we will endeavour to get as close to your requested weight as possible.

Description

Duck is a really tasty alternative to turkey for Christmas lunch, or even for New Year’s day.

Roast the bird on top of the potatoes to allow them to absorb some of the fat, making things simpler and so much tastier.

Supplied by Creedy Carver in Devon and raised to high welfare standards, these birds enjoys grassy paddocks & ponds to bathe & clean their feathers as nature intended.

Dry plucked and hand finished to a high standard, a beautiful bird for your festive feast.

 

DUCK WEIGHT GUIDELINES & APPROXIMATE SERVINGS:

A 2-2.5 kg Duck will feed 3-4 adults, allowing approx. 500g per serving.
