Another new addition for this year, this nut roast should feel special and handmade (because each one is!). A great addition to any festive feast or of course a perfect meat substitution for your vegan Christmas Day dinner.
Serves 2-3 people.
Chestnuts (NUTS) Cashew nuts (NUTS), Olive oil, Onions, Celery (CELERY), Carrots, Parsley, Breadcrumbs (WHEAT), Oregano, Sage, Eggs (EGGS), Soy sauce, Mushrooms, Garlic, Rosemary.

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees centigrade, remove the Rosemary decoration and place the nut roast onto an oven tray and place in the oven for 15- 20 mins. Re-place decoration for the final part and cook for a further 5 mins.
