INGREDIENTS: Vegan Gravy (Water, Cornflour, Vegetable Stock, Onion Purée, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Mushroom Concentrate, Salt, Balsamic Vinegar (Sulphur Dioxide), Yeast Extract, Salt, Carrot Extract, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Porcini Mushroom Powder, Thyme, Rapeseed Oil, Onion Powder, Onion Concentrate, Cane Molasses, Black Pepper), Carrot, Parsnip, Onion, Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Chestnut, Cashew Nuts, Brussel Sprouts, Kale, Leek, Garlic, Apple, Pumpkin Seeds, Maple Syrup, Rapeseed Oil, Cranberries, WHEAT FLOUR, Water White Pepper, Black Pepper Extract, Sage Extract.

Cooking instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees centigrade, remove the Rosemary decoration and place the nut roast onto an oven tray and place in the oven for 15- 20 mins. Re-place Rosemary decoration for the final part and cook for a further 5 mins.
