Beef Wellington


Only available for pre-order until 1st of February, collection from our Farm Shop on Saturday 12th February.

Exclusive for Valentine’s Day, this classic handmade Beef Wellington is generously made for two. Made with the finest Beef fillet covered in English mustard, prosciutto ham, a mushroom and thyme duxelle and wrapped in buttery puff pastry, ready for your oven.

We recommend serving with fresh vegetables and a hearty beef gravy.

We’ve done all the hard work for you to create a truly special meal this Valentine’s Day.

Cooking instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees centigrade.

Place in the centre of the oven and cook for: –

  • 35 mins (medium rare)
  • 45 mins (medium)
  • 55 mins (well done)

Rest the wellington for 10 minutes once removed from the oven, then slice, serve & enjoy.












Beef Fillet, duxelle: portobello mushrooms, shallots, unsalted butter (MILK), garlic, sea salt, fresh thyme, cracked black pepper, pastry: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), yeast extract, vegetable oils, water, WHEAT starch (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), lemon juice, salt, EGG yolk, sunflower oil, salt, MILK, MUSTARD, sugar, salt, WHEAT flour, turmeric, citric acid, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
