Beef Wellington – October Pre-order

After the success of the Valentines Day Beef Wellingtons we wanted to give you the opportunity to enjoy it every month!

Just pre-order before the 26th of August ready to collect 1st/2nd of September, this gives us plenty of time to make each one (have we mentioned we handmake them?)

This will be a monthly pre-order and we will update pre-order and collection dates after the previous months Wellingtons have been collected.

This classic handmade Beef Wellington is generously made for two. Made with the finest Beef fillet covered in English mustard, prosciutto ham, a mushroom and thyme duxelle and wrapped in buttery puff pastry, ready for your oven.

We recommend serving with fresh vegetables and a hearty beef gravy.

We’ve done all the hard work for you to create a truly special meal.

Cooking instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees centigrade and let the wellington sit on the side for 20 mins.

Remove the lid and place in the centre of the oven and cook for: –

  • 35 mins (medium rare)
  • 45 mins (medium)
  • 55 mins (well done)

Rest the wellington for 10 minutes once removed from the oven, slice, serve & enjoy.
