We wanted to give you the opportunity to have top restaurant quality food at home, so we have worked hard and created this delicious Beef Wellington.

This classic handmade Beef Wellington is generously made for two. Made with the finest Beef fillet covered in English mustard, Roves Farm ham, a mushroom and thyme duxelle then wrapped in buttery puff pastry, ready for your oven.

Beef Fillet, duxelle: portobello mushrooms, shallots, unsalted butter (MILK), garlic, sea salt, fresh thyme, cracked black pepper, pastry: WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), yeast extract, vegetable oils, water, WHEAT starch (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), lemon juice, salt, EGG yolk, sunflower oil, salt, MILK, MUSTARD, sugar, salt, WHEAT flour, turmeric, citric acid, stabiliser (xanthan gum), sliced ham.

Cooking your Beef Wellington

Take the Wellington out of the fridge. Use the paper tabs to lift it out of the packaging, remove the moisture pack and discard. Place on a greaseproof lined tray and rest the Wellington at room temperature for 30 mins.

Preheat the oven to 200c/gas mark 6.

When you’re ready to cook, place in the centre of the pre-heated oven and use the guide below.

Medium rare

Cook the wellington for 25-30 mins or until the internal temp reaches 33c, leave to rest for 10-15 mins and the temperature will rise to 45c.


Cook for 35 mins and rest for 10-15 mins.

Well done                       

Cook for 60 mins and rest for 10-15 mins.
