You’ll find everything you’d expect in a Christmas cake such as, sultanas, raisins, cherries, mixed peel all spiced with Christmas spices, steeped in brandy and cooked to perfection.
Topped off with a layer of marzipan and icing and tastefully decorated, you can’t beat this traditional favourite.
