Lamb

All our lamb is born on our family farm here on the Oxfordshire, Wiltshire border and raised to high welfare and environmental standards. Grazing outside all year round we allow them to mature slowly.

Our on-site butchery team ensures the lamb is hung for a minimum of 7 days producing tender, succulent and flavourful meat. Our lamb is cut fresh to order ready for you to collect at a time convenient to you.
