Will admission prices remain the same?

With us limiting the number of tickets a day, increased staff, increase cleaning and continued animal care and retention of our staff, the costs for the business have risen hugely whilst income has fallen drastically. Therefore, we will not be reducing admission prices. We are continuing to add more activities.

I am a member; will my pass be extended?

Memberships that are still valid or expired during the time we are closed will have these days added to them therefore extending the expiry date. This is being done by our ticketing company who will be arranging this in due course. If you have any question, please email us [email protected]
