Our British rare breed Gloucester Old Spot pigs are reared mostly outdoors and therefore slow grown for succulent, flavoursome meat & delicious crackling!

Our lamb is always well hung for tender & great flavoured meat year round.

Unlike most, our sausages and lamb burgers are made from the whole animal, so contain extra lean meat that is usually saved for roasting joints and chops. Our sausages are coarsely ground for succulent meaty flavour, and our lamb burgers are infused with mint for a delcious minty flavour.

Our traditional British breeds of cattle, Sussex & Highland, are well known for their delciously flavoursome & tender meat. They graze our pastures during summer & are fed home grown hay and silage in winter. Slow grown on a natural diet for premium meat.
